Wendy Kraglund-Gauthier and David Young both design online courses at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia insist most people have a false sense of security about their online dealings. They claim technology is changing so fast that privacy protection rules, laws and guidelines can’t keep up.
