A $500,000 federal grant will allow a Beaver County nonprofit to help a dozen school districts in Allegheny and Beaver counties explore creating their own cyber learning programs. The National Network of Digital Schools, which provides K-12 online courses to schools in 14 states, will use the money to give the districts’ students access to some of the more than 250 online courses the network provides.
