Reinventing learning management system for millennial students

Data must be consistently collected through various platforms such as public domains, online coursework interaction as well as information from third-party sites in order for the programmes at institutions to be constantly updated, especially when used hand-in-hand with learning management systems (LMSs). Just imagine a future where students can be assured that they are selecting the right colleges, choosing suitable majors, getting the right mentors during school and eventually finding the right jobs upon graduation. Currently, LMSs are only used for administrative purposes and do not customise the learning experience or promote day-to-day communication, productivity and collaborative abilities. If LMSs could also interact with Code Halos, the learner’s experience can be enriched as student personas are constructed based on insights gained from their social activities or online behavior.
