Shortly after its formation to reform economic development within the State of Colorado, CIO Colorado announced today that it emphatically rejects Governor Ritter’s proposal in The Dividend Degree to raise taxes with a proposal of its own. Economic Development Initiative #2 – Cut Costs and Expand Access to Colorado Higher Education CIO Colorado recommends transformation of higher education in Colorado to lower costs and extend access to all citizens.
