Each year the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation publishes this report to track 18 indicators included in the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, including poverty, education, health care, gender equality and more. In recent years, the world has improved on every single one. This year, on the vast majority, it has regressed. The urgent question now is how to get back on track to meet these goals by 2030.
