There are several cloud computing services available today from a few vendors that can help you immediately take advantage of online collaboration using websites, email, spreadsheets, and word processing documents, as well as other capabilities. Fees usually range from little or no cost to about $50 per person per year, for simple hosted applications, depending on the type of organization and the total number of users.
