These are great pictures! How did you get so close?

Thanks for the kind comments! A couple of deer ran across a little country lane about 100 ft. ahead of me and into the woods. As I slowly approached, a couple more deer came along the way. I just kept taking shots until I was about 40 ft. from the closest one; they finally turned tail and bounded away.
Wow. What a shot. How did you get that close??!! I love the colors in this one and the expression of the deer...well captured! -T
