I find it impossible to judge a person's teaching ability from an online class!

 

Great course. I was a little leery at the beginning when I found out that we would be reading a lot of reports, but they were very informative. Many times I did a little of my own internet research after reading a report, just to get more info. Thanks!

 

This class introduced me to very valuable information about the Internet. It was a very enjoyable class for me to take. Prof Schroeder was a great teacher!

 

 

 

I have never had a teacher who was more willing to help. The longest that Ray ever took to answer one of my postings was less than 24hrs. I wish that all teachers were like this. I have a lot of teachers that never even answer my e-mails. I really appreciated this course!

 

I really enjoyed all of the descussions in which we talked about. They are very important to us all in our everyday lives and we were able to get feedback that we may or may not have previously thought about before concerning these issues.

 

 

 

 

 

A very interesting class and the teacher made it more fun to learn. He provided links to interesting sites. He is also a very understanding professor, it is reassuring that a professor is willing to work with a student through rough times.

 

 

 

I had a great time with this class. I thought that I would hate it, but I needed it to fulfill my UIS requirement, so I took it regardless of my dis-interest. Thankfully, Professor Schroeder turned it into an interesting, yet educational, experience . . . PLUS I didn't have to buy any books!

 

I've taken two online classes now. One at LLCC and one here. I have gotten so much more out of this class than my previous experience. Thanks!

 

 

 

 

 

Ray is one of the finest instructors I have encountered at UIS. Though we have never met in person, we have had more effective communcation and interaction than I have had with many "in person" teachers. Thank you Ray

 

Great course! I really enjoyed it!

 

 

 

The teacher was very well organized and his syllabus was clear and had all the needed information. He also made a point of participating heavily in the discussions.

 

This was one of the best courses in my three years at UIS. The material was interesting, relevant, and helped me expand my knowledge of the Internet.
