Jon Larson, president of Ocean County College, is expected to travel to China before the end of the year to sign an agreement with a university there that will enable its students to take online courses administered here. The initiative is part of a broader plan by OCC administrators to market the college to foreign students, particularly in parts of the world where the demand for higher education is great but in short supply. Two administration officials from Tianjin Radio and Television University toured the county college in Toms River on Monday and met with administration officials to discuss the tentative partnership.
