A new study from EdAssistâ„¢ found Millennials prioritise tangible learning opportunities over salary levels when applying for a job. More than four out of 10 (41%) of Millennials stated they would choose a job with a potential for regular pay raises. However, more than half (59%) chose a job with a strong potential for professional development. In fact, Millennials were found to be so interested in development that most stated they are willing to make personal sacrifices to learn while working.
