Online Learning 'Digital Natives' Thrive in Southern California Climate
What do an 11th-grader with a life-threatening illness, a 13-year old tournament bowler and a student trying to evade the ugly side of peer pressure have in common? The common thread is the online public high school Insight School of California -- Los Angeles. Today the school announced the deadline for spring enrollment applications is November 23, 2007, a date that for many students will be the difference between dropping out and receiving a diploma.
