Judges showcase top 100 e-learning resources - National Grid for Learning
After a long and careful evaluation of the almost 800 entries to the eLearning Awards 2005, the Top 100 selection for the eLearning Awards 2005 has been announced. More than 30 European countries and more than 20 languages are represented. Next week, seven finalists will be selected from the Top 100 and invited to attend the award ceremony in Paris on 8 December. From the UK, shortlisted entrants included 'Celebrating language' from the East of England region. The website focuses on the fascinating variety of people and the fact that their origins can be traced to most parts of the world. Some come to study or work. Others were born here after parents or grandparents from other countries made England their home.
