UP Open University marks 10 years of digital education - Manila Sun Star
The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is at the forefront of digital learning in the Philippines. On February 23, UPOU celebrates its 10th foundation anniversary with the theme: "Creativity, Collaboration and Convergence". The highlight of the 10th anniversary is the presentation of the UPOU Oblation by UPOU Chancellor Felix Librero to new UP President Emerlinda Roman at the UPOU headquarters in Los Banos, Laguna.
