It's a small, Web world after all - DAVE CHALK, Globe and Mail
Since the advent of the Internet, there has been endless hype about its ability to bring people closer together. It only takes one purchase on eBay from a seller in Antigonish to feel the impact of this. Aside from buying goods from almost anywhere with the click of a mouse, e-learning is among the fastest growing ways of making the world feel like a much smaller place.
