E-learning - will its day ever come? - Rene Carayol, silicon.com
Opening Scotland's largest ever e-learning conference on Monday got me thinking about the success of this method of education. Given the prevalence of the internet in offices and homes now - mixed with the 'life-long learning' message - aren't we supposed to be a nation of learned employees? It hasn't quite happened, not yet at least, and I think I know why.
