Behind Every Great Virtual Library Stand Many Great Licenses - Kathryn Metzinger
It is easy to promise a lot in the electronic environment, but supporting electronic resources and services is a tricky business. For starters, all electronic resources a library offers must begin with a license agreement that identifies how the library and its users may use the content. Achieving the terms and services that best meet the needs of your users is fundamental to creating and maintaining a strong virtual library.
