Australian Universities chase cheats with software - Wires
MELBOURNE and Monash universities will start using anti-cheating computer software after a report found many academics believe plagiarism by students is greater than previously thought. In first semester this year Melbourne University will scan assignments by 1000 undergraduate students in five subjects across four faculties, according to a newspaper report. The software used in the scanning was developed on campus.
