Web classes grow at North Texas - Sean Jamison, North Texas Daily
With enrollment at NT continuing to increase, several departments are offering Web-based courses. Students have mixed feelings toward online learning. Norval Pohl, NT president, said enrollment in Internet courses has jumped from 420 students in 1998 to 7,140 this fall, mainly because of an increased student population, as well as additional courses being offered online. Argyle senior Chris Masterson said he couldn't be happier.
