CASIRAYA, Reporter While there is heightened interest among schools, the lack of Internet infrastructure presents a major stumbling block to the adoption of e-learning in the country. This was the sentiment of some educators during the 1st National Conference on E-Learning held Thursday and Friday at the Manila Hotel. The conference was organized by the Information Technology and E-Commerce Council (ITECC). The conference drew a large attendance of educators and administrators from different regions who listened to various resource speakers and discussions tackling new technologies and other related topics on e-learning....
