As we have developed our efforts through various stages of "teaching off-campus" to "teaching on-line," it has become clear that Distance Learning and Traditional Teaching require distinctive considerations, methods and institutional mechanisms. With Virtuality now staring us in the face, we can no longer postpone making educational changes without risking disturbing consequences.
