Debra Rieth, 43, couldn't stop smiling. Holding her diploma, cap and a pastel-yellow rose in one hand and a half-puffed cigarette in the other, she looked up into the midday sun, exhilarated. Rieth, from Cicero, N.Y., was among 1,200 University of Phoenix Online Campus students who received their degrees Saturday in a ceremony at the Phoenix Civic Center. The largest graduating class in school history, it included representation from all but seven states and six foreign countries....
