West Virginians who want to go to community college soon will be able to take classes at home. The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission signed an agreement Tuesday that allows 400 community and technical college students in West Virginia to access Kentucky's distance learning program. Thirty online academic and training courses will be administered through the Kentucky Virtual University beginning this fall....
