The programme that showcases their e-learning philosophy, Leading Change and Organisational Renewal, is a combination of classroom teaching and electronic learning, which the two schools believe is unique. The basic premise is to use the leader as teacher, says Bob Fogel, chief executive and president of HBSi. Executives attend the face-to-face programme and then take a CD package back to their company, where they work with their teams....
