http://chronicle.com/free/2002/06/2002060501u.htm A Deal Will Let West Virginia Students Take Online Courses From Kentucky Colleges DAN CARNEVALE West Virginia students will be able to take online courses from Kentucky community colleges under an agreement between the two states that was announced Tuesday. The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, and the Kentucky Virtual University forged the agreement, and they plan on making the courses available in the fall. Later, the agencies will develop online course programs together....
