But Bill Dorrity of Hampden came to revel in taking an online course, jumping into lively class discussions on Internet bulletin boards and holding engaging e-mail conversations with his instructor. Nearly two years after taking his first online class, the 42-year-old business teacher and father of four is about to earn a certificate from the University of New England, hundreds of miles away in Biddeford, putting him on track toward a superintendent's job....
