Kathy Wullstein, coordinator of instruction technology and online learning, said that with online class enrollment increasing from 2,500 classes taken online to 4,500, it is more difficult for the college's technical support department to accommodate the additional computer assistance needs of students. Now, administrators are trying to decide how to meet students' degree requirements while still maintaining quality service....
