E-University offers new degrees
Megan Reiter, Penn Staff Writer

Students can now earn credits toward two degrees offered online through the e-University of Western Pennsylvania. The e-University, a collaboration between Clarion University of Pennsylvania and IUP, offers an associate of arts in arts and sciences and a master's of special education with a concentration in rehabilitative sciences. According to Irene Smith, director of e-University, students can take classes through either Clarion or IUP but they will only receive the degrees through Clarion, not from e-University itself. To receive the associate degree, a student must have completed 64 credits.
