Colleges see surge in online students

More Nevada students are taking college classes online instead of on campus, university and community college officials said Monday. Schools showing large increases include Truckee Meadows Community College, the University of Nevada, Reno, and Western Nevada Community College. Officials at those schools said they will continue to increase course offerings on the Internet....
