But if there is some uncertainty about the terminology, there can be no doubt about the outcome. Educational institutions (and corporate training units) are making the shift from the print to the digital medium, for learning purposes. And this shift isn’t optional. It doesn’t depend upon the assessment of educational experts as to whether it is good or bad. It doesn’t depend on whether these institutions are ready for such dramatic change....
