Teaching Children With Behavior Problems Is the Topic of an Online Course From Lesley U.

An online course offered by Lesley University, in Cambridge, Mass., teaches students from as far away as Angola, Norway, and Japan about caring for children with behavioral problems. Students in the class -- most of whom are professionals working in early education -- learn to control and teach young children by examining and discussing case studies drawn from their own experiences. The course, "Children With Behavior Problems: Responding to the Challenge," instructs professionals in fundamentals of the trade, such as recognizing which children's problems are biological and which are environmental, and prescribing and executing behavior-modification programs....
