Tulane plans to open a Biloxi branch in August 2002 . Tennessee's Belmont University is part of a growing lineup of more than a dozen out-of-state institutions considering teaching college classes in Mississippi via distance learning. A 3,200-student Baptist school in Nashville, Belmont is among 15 institutions inquiring with the Mississippi Commission on College Accreditation about offering courses here....
