BELLEVUE -- Leann Clayton is a student at Bellevue Community College, and she doesn't even live on the Eastside. Or in Seattle. Or, for that matter, in the United States. Clayton, 49, lives on a South Pacific island three miles long and about a half-mile wide. The Marshall Islands sit midway between Hawaii and Australia, and it is from there that Clayton studies ``History 242: Age of Exploration & Discovery.'' ``I can do it when I feel like it, and I don't have to worry about traffic,'' Clayton said in a telephone interview....
