http://www.educause.edu/conference/e2002/cfp/cfp.asp Educause 2002 - Call for Proposals Dear Colleagues, on behalf of the EDUCAUSE 2002 Program Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to submit a proposal for the EDUCAUSE 2002 conference to be held in Atlanta, Georgia, October 1–4, 2002. The theme of the conference is “Juggling Opportunities in Collaborative Environments.” As I write this, we face difficult times with economic challenges and the possibility of a war different from those we've known in the past. Difficult times often provide opportunities for innovation as we juggle priorities and resources in an increasingly collaborative environment and look for creative ways to improve services to our customers and colleagues. Whether you are a first-time attendee or an “old salt,” there is no better place to share lessons learned, compare notes on what works and what doesn’t, learn about and share best practices, float new ideas, and view the latest vendor products and services than at the EDUCAUSE 2002 Annual Conference. Proposals must be submitted by January 18, 2002....
