Rempt (right), president of the Naval War College, have signed an agreement that will enable both current and past naval officers enrolled in the War College's non-resident program to earn a new online Master of Science in Management - Naval Operations and National Security degree at UMUC. (Adelphi, MD) - University of Maryland University College (UMUC) and the U.S. Naval War College have established an agreement to enable US Navy officers to earn a new online Master of Science in Management - Naval Operations and National Security degree at UMUC. UMUC President Gerald Heeger and Rear Admiral Rodney P. Rempt, Naval War College president, will sign the agreement Dec. 11 in Newport, R.I....
