Texas-Arlington) (U-WIRE) ARLINGTON, Texas -- Despite the fact that many universities' distance education funding has been cut recently, University of Texas-Arlington has nothing to fear. President Bush's recommendation to cut the Learn Anywhere Anytime Partnership program, which provides funding for schools using distance education, was passed Tuesday by both the Senate and the House of Representatives. So now, schools wanting to use experimental teaching methods may find it a bit harder....
