It's called plagiarism -- a high-blown word for theft. Recently, the University of B.C. signed on to a system to catch the thieves. The university has joined a growing list of Canadian institutions -- including the Royal Military College of Canada, the University of New Brunswick and the University of Western Ontario -- subscribing to http://www.turnitin.com -- an Oakland, Calif., based company that maintains a massive database to check originality....
