The terror attacks gave him the push he needed to get started, with an online course from American Military University. A little-known, Web-based college, AMU offers a range of courses in homeland security. The program is seeing a burst of interest from people like Berry - a patrolman in the quiet and affluent Greenwich, Conn., who is signed up for Intelligence and Homeland Security....
