Based on a pilot online class conducted by De La Salle University (DLSU) last year, some students had difficulty adjusting to the virtual learning environment. Dr. Tristan Macapanpan, a director at DLSU, this month told participants of Mindlink, an industry-academe conference on educational technology, that online learning is not effective for some students who are more used to face-to-face lectures....
