For all the Mississippians who have put off their education because of children, job schedules, military transfers or general inconvenience, the College Board thinks it has an answer: The Mississippi Electronic Campus. The Web site, www.msecampus.org, will debut tonight at the College Board's annual college fair in Jackson. The "e-Campus" is a clearinghouse for the distance learning programs at all the state's universities....
