Bernadette Robinson is a professor of comparative education in the School of Continuing Education at the University of Nottingham, in Britain. At the university, she has a special appointment to conduct research and help develop international collaborations. She has acted as a consultant to 37 different countries, most of them developing nations, that are creating distance-education programs.
