Today, after five years of research and development, the Native AlphaRoute site was launched: on-line learning specifically designed to meet the needs of the Native literacy learners in the Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) Program of Ontario's Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU). Centre AlphaPlus Centre, in partnership with MTCU and the National Literacy Secretariat, Human Resources Development Canada, developed and launched the site, with contributions from many LBS agencies and learners in the Native community....
