Digital copyright review seeks some changes

WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - A study released on Wednesday on how revised U.S. copyright law is working in the digital age recommends some legislative changes to clarify fair use by purchasers of legal copies. But the U.S. Copyright Office study did not find sufficient evidence for a digital provision in that part of traditional copyright law that allows the owner of a legal copy of a work to sell or give it away....
