16 Wisconsin technical colleges collaborate on eTech online class offerings

Technical colleges that have built their reputation by making classes convenient for students will launch a program today designed to let Wisconsinites take more courses while sitting at computer keyboards. The 16 campuses of the Wisconsin Technical College System will launch the eTech College of Wisconsin - a single Web site that bundles all of the online courses taught at the separate campuses....
