But while some Internet bubbles may be bursting, online education in general is still luring students, said Oakleigh Thorne, chief executive officer of Denver-based eCollege, which offers software and Web space to schools, but does not operate its own program. The online education market is expected to balloon to more than $7 billion in the next two years....
