More than 700 students worldwide will be brought together this fall under the Regents Online Degree Program, a new effort that unites the online learning offerings of 19 colleges and universities from across the state. Students can enroll with one school, and depending on their major, take online courses from all the participating schools, which agree to accept one another's credits....
