MANGAN If a patient in Seattle or Pittsburgh wants a second opinion from a Harvard Medical School specialist, it's now available online -- for $600. Harvard physicians are entering the legally complicated but potentially lucrative business of dispensing advice over the Internet. The service was started over the summer by Partners HealthCare System, which includes several hospitals that serve as Harvard teaching affiliates. The plan allows patients in 33 states to have their cases reviewed by some of the nation's most renowned specialists. But the patients must begin by consulting their own local doctors....
