The E-Education program is designed as an expanding multi-discipline program that initially features American-standard Management and IT courses for China's entrepreneurs. Faculty members of California State University will teach all courses. In September 2001, certificate and degree programs will be offered in the newly built classrooms provided by Hartcourt. Eventually, these programs and an MBA program will be Web-cast to students throughout China....
