The Technology, Education and Copyright Harmonization, or TEACH, Act, would allow online educators to transmit portions of copyrighted material over the Internet long allowed under current law in traditional classroom settings. The Senate approved the TEACH Act June 7, and the House is currently considering their version of the plan....
