http://www.educause.edu/pub/edupage/edupage.html A VIRTUAL COLLEGE HAS ITS FIRST GRAD Gennie Kirch is Western Governors' University's (WGU) first degree recipient, obtaining a master's degree in learning and technology in December. Two other students are expected to graduate this month. One of WGU's best features is that students are paired up with faculty mentors, said Amy Tejral, director of university affairs.
