School to offer classes in Chinese - THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Many Indiana schools offer Spanish classes for young students, and now one elementary school is using a Ball State University grant to offer classes in Mandarin Chinese. Third- and fourth-grade students in Eastern Elementary School's gifted and talented program will start learning Mandarin Chinese this semester.
